Scope

Develop and validate an Ethernet-first Raspberry Pi 4 ADS-B feeder using a stock PiAware image, Pro Stick Plus receiver, indoor antenna, quick-start route and traceable QA.

Next gates

  1. Build and instrument three bench units.
  2. Capture product and installation photography.
  3. Run a ten-user beta and record support demand.
  4. Revalidate the BOM and software version.
  5. Approve pricing, payment, VAT, returns, warranty reserve and compliance evidence.
  6. Enable checkout only after those gates close.
